THREE GOOD TIPS TO HELP STOP YOUR HAIR FROM FALLING OUT



Have  you experienced fallen hair? It is often sad when you discover as a woman that that long shiny hairs is gradually leaving your head. This is a sign that  something is wrong with your food or nutritional.

1. WATCH YOUR SUGAR CONSUMPTION
Are you sugar addict?  Stop it or it will spoil the beauty of your hair beside other health  related effect. It is known to  break down collagen in the body - in your hair, skin and nails.
If you desire to have longer and healthy hair, Avoid sugary food!



2. EAT GOOD PROTEIN

Without sufficient protein, your hair will be weak, dry and break off  therefore ,protein is good for healthy hair especially from  good sources. Protein should be eaten in forms with all essential amino acids. They help produce collagen in the body and hair is made of collagen fibers. You can purchase good proteins containing food in the market around you l fish, pastured organic eggs, organic non-fat yogurt, organic grass-fed beef, organic chicken etc.

3. AVOID STRESS, TAKE SOME REST

If you are a workaholic don't be surprised to see your hair falling out after weeks of subjecting yourself to  stress. Stress can not only affect you physically but mentally and this can result in temporary case of hair loss. In order to protect your hair, avoid stress and consider stress-relieving techniques that work best for you.
